Viola Liuzzo in Lowndes County, Alabama, on 3/25/65, Gary Thomas Rowe is our informant who was with subjects at the time of the shooting and is currently testifying for the state. Prior to his arrest on 3/26/65 Rowe ad accompanied Agents to the scene of the crime and at his bond hearing he Purnished a false story about the FBI aking offers to him...
