ALL bk 670 Approximately fifteen Negroes entered the Courthouse at about noon and proceeded to the Registrar of Voters' Office on the second floor of the Courthouse. These Negroes left the Courthouse at approximately 1:02 p.m., after being served by the Registrar's Office. The Negroes were observed to leave the Courthouse area in automobiles with escort by Louisiana State Police officers.
