I called Dr Puthoff at 1215 hrs this date to ~ inform him that, while there were no guarantees as yet, the paper-work relating to the expansion of the project was in process and there seemed to be no hitches in sight. Also told him that I'd try to call him again on 10 April with more and hopefully definitive news...
