ODNI FOIA HANDBOOK INTRODUCTION The goal of the ODNI’s Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act office is to keep the public better informed about the DNI’s role to oversee and coordinate the foreign and domestic activities of the Intelligence Community (IC).
