C NY 100-7629 The article referred to iitical Affairs" above reveals that the slogan was adopted at the 44th Annual Convention of the NAACP. To accompany this slogan, there was to be "a 10 year crusade" for freedom, which would be a summary of a program of action for Negro rights. The article continued by referring a great deal to excerpts from the report to the National Conference of the CP by HUGH BRADLEY.
