Approved For Release 2008/03/03: CIA-RDP80B01676R001500080034-9 Morning Meeting of 9 November 1966 DD/I tabled two memoranda on~prepared by ORR which he plans to distribute to the working level at State. DD/I noted that the McCloy trilateral meetings will resume today to define areas of disagreement, such as the precise nature of the threat. DDCI noted that the trilateral meetings will provide a basis for determining NATO force levels.
