_qrrQr Approved For Release 2008/03/03: CIA-RDP80B01676R001500080049-3 Morning Meeting of 19 October 1966 The Director opened the meeting by calling attention to a memo- randum from General Carter outlining NSA activities in connection with the Presidential trip. He gave copies to the ADD/P and The Director noted a cable from the Secretary of State to Ambas- sador Lodge concerning the South Vietnamese cabinet resignations. Carver reported that he had been in touch with on this cable last night.
