UP_Q~ Approved For Release 2008/03/03: CIA-RDP80B01676R001500070013-3 13 September 1966 Morning Meeting of 13 September 1966 noted that he would like the Director to have a fifteen- minute briefing with regard to the USIB meeting scheduled for Friday at Fort Meade. DD/S&T mentioned that Mr. Rostow will be briefed this afternoon on the Soviet ABM question and that he felt it would be valuable for the Director to have the same briefing at some future time.
