BONDSMEN AND SURETIES 75-1 STATUTES Title 18, USC, Section 1506, paragraph 2, provides that whoever acknowledges, or procures to be acknowledged in any court of the U. S., any recognizance, bail or judgment, in the name of any other person not privy or consenting to the same, shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
